Quandrea Patterson
Quandrea is the CEO of FACTS Community Empowerment. She is a dedicated public servant with a passion to help people develop and thrive. Her public service background includes military, foster care advocate, public school teacher, advisor to veterans, homeless ministry, prison ministry, youth ministry and numerous leadership and development projects. She has a BS in Human Relations and a MBA concentration in Marketing. Her passion is to play a role in helping people develop and thrive by communicating life purpose and creating steps to help with maximizing potential. We are created in the image of God and her work starts with empowering that connection.

Quandrea is a Marine Corps Veteran of 20 years (1993-2013) who also served in the Iraq War. Her job descriptions during service included HR Management, Recruiter, HR Training and Development Instructor and many other leadership roles. After her Marine Corps experience she realized that leadership and development was a role that she wanted to continue in the community. She began connecting with different organizations by volunteering her time and services helping youth, small businesses, and under served demographics achieve personal and professional goals. She continued that work for many years and today it has grown into a business that she is proud of. FACTS Community Empowerment is at the intersection of destiny and purpose, working to empower the thrive in communities by helping people grow and develop one goal achievement at a time!

As a Human Relations major Quandrea has completed courses in areas such as psychology, case management, social work, interpersonal communication, and more. She pursued this degree to round off the experience she accomplished during her public service as a Marine leading and developing individuals from all over the country. These skills were also implemented in her role as a Strategist/Interventionist in the public school system and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster care children. As CEO of this company the work continues. Through community outreach and consulting sessions that touch on different categories of wellness, she empowers thrive and highlights purpose wherever there is an opportunity for growth.
Strategist/Interventionist for students with different learning abilities. Maintained a caseload of students each year ranging from 9th grade to 12th grade. Also, she is an Americorps Alumni having received her volunteer certification with The New Teacher Project during this period.
Worked as a volunteer for CASA and maintained a caseload serving children in the foster care system. During her time with CASA she also collaborated alongside several businesses in the community on areas such as tutoring, GED assistance, and personal/professional development plans.
